REVISED REVIEW: Originally I gave 2 stars because of the lack of dairy free cheese compared to their regular cheese pizza. BUT their customer service is exceptional! When I ordered again and made sure there was a note of what happened last time—they fixed it. (See first photo compared to the last which is the latest order from them) Got their new dairy free cheese. They BARELY put any on... almost like a no cheese pizza though they’re generous on their toppings which is the saving grace. The first pic is the dairy free and the second is regular cheese. Pizza Nova, what gives? Are you discriminating against those who are lactose intolerant? I’m quite offended

Walked in for the pepperoni special but she (wearing glasses) had offered us a better deal with 2 pops and 2 dips. We were gone less than 15 mins. Good service, good food, great ambiance.

I had a fantastic experience at this pizza place! The pizza itself was exceptional, with a delicious crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. They even surprised me with a complimentary cookie, which was a delightful touch. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be returning with my friends in the future.

Very well managed pizza a nova. Went in on Thursday July 20th 2023 and the guys behind the countered had laser focus. Cleanest washroom pizza nova I've seen and paper towels stocked. This location impressed me enough to write a review. The hard work these two are doing should not go unnoticed.
